Lemon Thyme Potatoes

This side dish for dinner is perfect for any party or gathering. Everyone will absolutely love these potatoes.

Cultural Fact: According to the Idaho Potato Museum, the average American eats about 124 pounds of potatoes per year while Germans eat about twice as much.


What You’ll Need:

2 large potatoes, or equivalent

2-3 tbsp of olive oil

Juice of half a lemon

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Thyme

 

 

What To Do:

1. Wash and Chop your Potatoes

2. Toss
With lemon juice and olive oil

3. Spice
Add your salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme

4. Bake
In oven safe dish 450 for 25-35 minutes
